Treat the cause not the symptoms.  Chiropractic places its emphasis on the examination, diagnosis and management of conditions that can affect the nerves, muscles and joints of the body.

As the founder of Fishguard Chiropractic Clinic and Wintern House Health and Wellness, Bethan is dedicated to providing the best possible care to all who seek her help.
A very keen runner, cyclist and triathlete Bethan loves to help fellow sports people achieve the very best from their chosen sport.  Having participated in a number of endurance events herself, she understands the demands and changes experienced during intense training regimes and the importance of chiropractic care in the optimal performance of the body.  In fact,  her regular 2 – 3 week chiropractic sessions combined with regualr sports massage were what enabled her to push herself to her limits.

Beth Hughes

My interest in Chiropractic came from my life with horses. I showjump competitively and love to ride and train my horses on a regular basis.  I have been very lucky to compete all over the UK at a high level and have represented my country twice, first time at the age of 15, second at 16.My own chiropractic experience was following a training session where I jolted my back. I sought out care from a local chiropractor here in Pembrokeshire. She was fantastic and helped me get back feeling fit and pain free. From this moment I decided I wanted to be able to do the same for others.

In 2015, after graduating, I took up my first associate position with Bethan Ouseley at FCC.  This was the most wonderful opportunity for me and allowed me to develop my skills and experience, and become the chiropractor I am today and I am overjoyed to be returning  to work with the FCC team.

Originally from Bournemouth, Amy graduated from the AECC University College in 2021 after she was drawn to chiropractic to help people live happier and healthier lives. After being involved in competitive sport from a young age, Amy understands the importance of ensuring the body is in an optimal functional condition and how this can impact everyday life. Amy enjoys treating all conditions to reduce pain, encourage self-healing and enhance the bodies function. She also has a passion for treating young children and babies. Outside of chiropractic, Amy enjoys participating and watching a variety of sports including swimming, rugby and climbing.

Emma’s passion for chiropractic came from witnessing first hand the incredible benefits chiropractic treatment had on a close family member.
From observing the effect of chiropractic on a long term back pain sufferer, she realised that helping patients reach optimum health and well being is what she wanted to achieve.

From this she went on to study at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, where she graduated with a Distinction in Masters of chiropractic degree (Mchiro). Whilst studying she also completed additional courses, including sports taping and sports massage.

Emma treats a wide range of complaints and works with all age groups. She has a keen interest in working with sports people, and looks forward to being able to develop her skill set further.

In her free time you’ll find Emma exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline with her dog. She also enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
