As the founder of Fishguard Chiropractic Clinic and Wintern House Health and Wellness, Bethan brings over 20 years of chiropractic experience to her patients. A fluent Welsh speaker and Chiropractic Mentor with the Royal College of Chiropractors, she is passionate about supporting both her patients and newly qualified chiropractors as they begin their careers. In 2001, Bethan had the honour of presenting her student research at the World Federation of Chiropractic Conference in Paris, reflecting her dedication to evidence-based practice and professional development. A competitive time trial cyclist, Bethan has won multiple races and holds Masters National and Welsh Age Group Championship titles. Her background as a runner, cyclist and triathlete gives her a deep understanding of the physical demands of endurance sports. She loves helping fellow athletes reach their full potential through tailored chiropractic care, drawing on her own experience in training and competition. Bethan’s philosophy is simple — to help every patient, from elite athlete to everyday mover, perform, recover and live at their best.
