                    Complementary Massage

A range of massage that will help you relax, de-stress and rebalance, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Indian head massage and hot stone massage

Swedish Massage

Simply known as the “classic massage”, the various massage techniques are designed to improve your circulation and soothe your muscles, making you feel more relaxed. Massage helps ease muscular strain, helping to keep ligaments and tendons supple. It can also reduce emotional and physical stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

If you’re suffering from tensions and aches that cannot be solved by a Swedish massage then a deep tissue massage might be the answer you’re looking for! During a deep tissue massage, the pressure is stronger and is concentrated on the problematic area. This may lead to mild discomfort but it is worth it as it helps alleviate the pain in the long term.

Indian Head Massage

The head, neck and shoulders are important energy centres within your body. If you are feeling stressed or angry, tension accumulates. This can show up as a stiff neck, stiff shoulders or eyestrain. Headaches and heaviness are relieved and tension is eased leaving a sense of wellbeing and peace.

Hot Stones Massage

Using the heat retaining property of the volcanic rock, this technique provides a deeper and more relaxing massage. Extra pressure can be applied on parts of the body to elicit both physical and psychological benefits.
