Jessica Rogers

I am a fully qualified Podiatrist / Chiropodist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the College of Podiatry.

I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2015 with a First Class degree in Podiatry. From there I spent a short time with the NHS before becoming an associate in a private practice and then setting up as an independent practitioner. I find this a much better way to work, free from time pressure and service rationing I can use my skills to make a real difference to my patients.

My patients regularly comment on how gentle my treatment is, and I enjoy working with people to find out what will best work for their feet. Not one pair of feet are the same and I will tailor your treatment to suit your needs.

Have a look at my Treatment List to see the wide variety of services I can offer you.

Services offered

Please be patient with us – we are reviewing the services section.

Thank you.

New patients (45-60 mins)

If you are new or coming back after a while away there is information I need to gather from you in order to provide the best treatment. I will take a medical history, it can help to bring with you a list of medications. Please give me as much detail as you can, as something you may think is insignificant may actually affect the way I treat you or the advice that I issue.
I will ask you about the problem you are having, how it is affecting you, and what you would like to achieve by seeing me.
I will then examine your feet. This will mean looking at the skin, nails, circulation, and depending on the problem may involve me moving the joints or looking at you standing or walking. I’ll let you know what I’m thinking as we go. We’ll then discuss what’s been found and what options are available to help you. If necessary, I will write a letter to your GP to discuss my findings.
I will carry out any general podiatry treatment there and then. Though if surgery or other treatment is recommended you may have to return another day.

Most popular appointment type for exisiting patients.
Skilled nail cutting, callus and/or corn reduction. Thinning of nails if required. Leaving your feet comfortable and healthy.35

Usually skilled nail reduction AND corns/callus/verrucae

An Extended Podiatry appointment allows me more time to reassess your progress and carry out more thorough but still gentle nail and skin work. Can be useful if you have not attended clinic for a long time. May include an application of caustic verruca treatment if required. Finished with a moisturising foot massage.

This is suitable for existing patients who have simple nails with no excessive thickening or involuted edges (curled edges sometimes described as ingrowing). Also suitable for a single patch of callus or a single corn.
I can only offer this very short appointment if I know I can deliver safe care in this time, I will let you know at your assessment appointment if I believe an Express appointment is suitable for you.

For housebound patients only

£53 (One Person) £70 (Two People)

I believe that the best podiatric care is delivered within my clinic. However, if it is not possible to attend I am able to travel to your home to deliver your appointment there.
There is a special appointment rate of £70 (£35 each) if two people are seen at the same address (family, friends etc), which is the same price as both of you having a routine appointment in the clinic.
House calls take place on Wednesdays only, places are therefore limited.
